1. General Terms & Introduction

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

ck343 accepts deposits via the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit. The withdrawal process is generally completed within 1 hour.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ck343 offers new members a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, ck343 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• Each promotion has a specific validity period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games or betting markets.

5.4 VIP Program

The ck343 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

It is possible to advance to higher VIP tiers through regular play. The benefits of each tier may change, and ck343 reserves the right to modify the details of the VIP program at any time.

6. Betting & Gaming Policy

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless ck343 cancels it on its own initiative. Please verify all terms and odds before placing a bet.

6.2 Technical Errors

ck343 reserves the right to void the outcome of any transaction resulting from server technical issues, disconnections, or software faults. In such situations, the deposited funds will be returned.

6.3 Sports Betting

The events, odds, and rules available in sports betting markets may change depending on circumstances. ck343 may suspend or cancel any market at any time, particularly following major game-changing events.

6.4 Live Casino & Slots

Live casino games and slot games are operated through third-party game software providers, such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and many others. Both those providers' own rules and the casino's policies apply.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck343 platform:

• Operating an account by or on behalf of a minor.
• Registering using a false identity or forged documents.
• Operating multiple accounts by the same individual or an organized group.
• Bonus abuse, such as collecting bonuses through fake accounts.
• Any form of fraud, match-fixing, or hacking attempts.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

8. Account Suspension & Cancellation

ck343 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently cancel any account for any reason, particularly in cases of Terms violations, without prior notice.

8.2 Closing Your Account Yourself

You may close your account at any time. Subject to the settlement of all pending bets and fulfilment of wagering requirements, the balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

9. Limitation of Liability
